Mr. Totsu received his B.S. (1999) and M.S. (2001) in Chemical System Engineering from Tokyo University. After graduation, he worked for Dai Nippon Printing as a semiconductor process engineer, until joining SOEI in 2002. He handles prosecutions in the fields of semiconductor processing, semiconductor devices, data recording devices, optical devices, and chemical engineering.
He was qualified as a patent attorney and joined the Japanese Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA) in 2005.
